Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising, and loads nothing from third-party servers. Fonts, images and video are delivered from this site itself. Nothing about your visit is shared with Google, Meta or any other provider.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Dark Hive ASBL
Virée du Renard 8
6640 Vaux-sur-Sûre, Belgium
Email: info@tabernis-music.com
2. What happens when you visit this site
When you open a page, your browser automatically sends technical information to our hosting provider, which records it in a server log file. This comprises:
- the address of the page requested, plus date and time of the request
- the amount of data transferred and whether the request succeeded
- browser type and version, operating system and language
- the referring page, if you arrived via a link
- your IP address
This data is required to deliver the site and to keep it secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating a functioning, secure website. The data is not merged with other sources and is not used to identify individuals.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The servers are located in Germany, so your data is processed exclusively within the European Union — no transfer to a third country takes place. The provider processes the log data described above on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Log files are retained only for as long as required to deliver the site securely and to detect technical faults or misuse, and are then deleted automatically by the provider. They are not merged with other data sources and are not used to identify individuals. The retention period applied is the one set out in the provider's own data protection information, which you can find in its privacy policy at hetzner.com.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or statistics tools and contains no advertising or tracking pixels. No profile of your visit is created. Because no technologies requiring consent are used, there is no cookie banner.
4. Fonts, images and video
All fonts, images and the background video are stored on this server and delivered from here. In particular, no Google Fonts are loaded, so no connection to Google servers is established and no data reaches Google when you visit.
The background video is silent — the file contains no audio track — and plays entirely within your browser. No data is transmitted while it runs.
5. Links to external platforms
This site links to external services — including YouTube, Spotify, Bandcamp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Bandsintown and our merchandise shop. These are plain links: nothing is loaded from those providers while you are on this site, and they receive no information about your visit.
Data is only transmitted once you actively click such a link and leave this site. From that point the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. We have no influence over their processing.
6. Contacting us
If you write to one of the email addresses on this site, your message including the contact details you provide will be stored in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
We retain this data until your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data at any time:
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR) — what data we hold about you
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) — correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) — deletion of your data
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) — your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection (Art. 21 GDPR) — against processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7 (3) GDPR) — with effect for the future
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@tabernis-music.com.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
Competent authority for us:
Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit
Rue de la Presse 35 / Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, Belgium
autoriteprotectiondonnees.be
9. SSL/TLS encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the address bar changing from http:// to https:// and by the lock symbol in your browser. While encryption is active, the data you transmit cannot be read by third parties.
10. Changes to this policy
We may amend this privacy policy to keep it aligned with current legal requirements or to reflect changes to the site. The version published here always applies to your visit.
